The unique sunny location at an altitude of 1800 m (5900 ft), right on the ski slopes that connect Plateau Rosa and Cime Bianche to Valtournenche, allows you to enjoy one of the largest and most beautiful Ski resorts, which includes the villages of Cervinia and Zermatt. You can also summer ski on the glacier of Piccolo Cervino (the small Matterhorn) at an altitude of 3800 m.

During the winter you also have the possibility to snowshoe in the woods around the apartment complex. In summer, you have plenty of opportunities to take scenic walks in the vast resort. Not to mention natural spas, artistic tours to the medieval castles of Valle d'Aosta, the Fortress of Bard with its art exhibits, and the Gran Paradiso National Park. The resort offers all this, and, of course, culinary and wine-tasting tours in the restaurants of the valley.
